Sub-processors

Lead Friendly LLC uses the third-party providers listed below to deliver its CRM and AI voice services. Each subprocessor processes customer personal data only as needed to provide the named service, subject to its own contractual obligations to Lead Friendly LLC (or to Lead Friendly, the underlying platform).
Adding or replacing a subprocessor is treated as a material change to this list. Customers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of new additions, unless an emergency change is required to maintain service or meet a legal obligation.

Customer-controlled integrations (optional)
If you connect your own external systems through our integration framework — for example, your own CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), calendar (Google, Microsoft), or mail provider (Gmail, Outlook) — those become independent processors of your data, governed by your direct relationship with them. Lead Friendly LLC only acts on tokens you provide and stores them encrypted.
